Knight's Moves

Starting from the square with two letters, you can move using chess knight's moves to spell out the following phrase and author.

"You can only get good at chess if you love the game Bobby Fischer"
Richard Of York Gave Battle...

If you look closely at the distribution of each of the different colours - you will see that they resemble certain letters:

Richard = Red = Q
Of = Orange = U
York = Yellow = E
Gave = Green = E
Battle = Blue = N

Therefore the answer you are looking for is a Queen!
Number Sequence

Yes - a slightly trick question, as it's not a sequence at all, but the answer is the number of faces that make up the edge of the shape representing each digit. For example, the number 2 has two long curves and four straight lines that together create the number 2, which is a total of 6.

So for 8, the answer is 4 (Two curves on the outside edge, and two curves forming the circles on the inside edges!)
Dice Maze

Digital Dilema

A total of 11 segments could be broken and to still be understandable. The three right-most 7 segment displays can only have 2 broken segments to still be able to uniquely identify digits 0-9. The left-most 7 segment display only needs to show a 1 or a 2, but you still need two working to identify if it's 1, 2, or empty!

Also note that there is no AM/PM above, so you have to assume it's a 24 hour display.
Riddle #1
The answer is Red, White and Blue.

Amsterdam is in The Netherlands where the national flag is made of horizontal (sleeping) red, white and blue colours.

Paris is in France where the national flag is made of vertical (standing up) red, white and blue colours.
Safe Cracker

The hint tells you how many notches each of the three discs should be rotated (-ve for anti-clockwise and +ve for clockwise). Doing this means only one grouping of 4 digits will be aligned and as above, this shows the answer must be 8342.
Laser Trail

The laser needs to be positioned at enter point 12.
The mirror at position C5 needs to be moved to position B6.
The missing mirror should be placed at G4.
