Andy discovered that the right-most 7 segment display on his bedside clock was not displaying all segments correctly.​

It wasn't a problem though because he could still work out the time accurately.

The question is what is the maximum number of segments on the display above that can be broken to still be able to accurately read the time at any point in the day?
