Laser Trail

This art installation is a room filled with angled mirrors into which a laser beam is shone. All mirrors should be touched once by the laser beam. Unfortunately the contractors have done 3 things wrong; the laser and one of the mirrors are in the wrong place, and one mirror is completely missing.​

Can you work out where the entry point of the laser into the room should be, which mirror is positioned incorrectly, and where should the additional mirror be placed to make everything work.
